Directions from Dublin using M1 Take M1 to N33 Ardee Junction. Then take N2 from Ardee to Carrickmacross. Take 2nd exit to Carrickmacross and take road to Shercock. On nearing Shercock take slip road on bend which takes you to Cootehill. Enter Cootehill and head to top of town and turn right on to Monaghan Road. Pass Abbott factory. Adventure Retreats Ireland is a further mile on the left entrance via gate to Tanagh Outdoor Adventure Centre. Using M3 Take M3 from Dublin to Virginia and on towards Cavan. Take right for Stradone and Cootehill. At Cootehill take left towards Monaghan. Pass Abbott Factory on left.
